How and why we use information

We use applicant information only for recruiting, business operations, security, recordkeeping, and other purposes permitted by applicable United States law.

Video introductions and Illinois applicants

The video introduction is required to submit the online driver application and is intended for review by authorized recruiting personnel. Trans Global does not use artificial intelligence to analyze applicant videos, does not use facial recognition, voiceprints, or biometric templates, and does not make solely automated hiring decisions through this website. Applicants may request deletion of a submitted video by calling the number below.

Sharing and selling

We may disclose information to service providers that host, store, secure, or support the website and recruiting process, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality protections. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Application information is kept for the active recruiting process and a limited period afterward when reasonably necessary to document the process, respond to disputes, or meet legal obligations. Security records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for protection and troubleshooting. Information is then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
